  • We currently have a great opportunity within our Client Services team to join IQVIA Operations - the Data, Delivery and Support team behind our market-leading Information & Analytics services, specialising in Pharmaceutical and FMCG solutions. *

  • Key responsibilities as a Client Service Analyst?*
  • This is a client facing role, ensuring client obtain maximum value from our products and services, delivered with quality, and on-time.

    More specifically, you will :

  • Manage the client's reporting and Information services requirements
  • Take ownership of the quality of the client databases, working with internal Production and Technology solution teams to ensure any requested data changes have been delivered in full and on time
  • Investigate data changes and proactively communicate to your clients
  • Be accountable for the quality of the client reports, conducting pre-release quality control checks
  • Research, analyse and respond to client queries, based on your deep understanding of the client data and services, business use, and the relevant therapeutic / category market
  • Support clients with troubleshooting system access and usage
  • What are we looking for?*
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, statistics or similar
  • At least two years' experience in a similar position, in a market research agency, pharmaceutical company or FMCG manufacturer, a major retailer or a data collection agency
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to use tools / BI platforms to analyse data and address client queries
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • High attention to detail and client focus
  • Solutions oriented, with a high level of initiative and self-drive
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical and / or FMCG industry preferred
