We are looking for an enthusiastic people leader to become a member of the Canterbury Leadership Team at Work and Income.
The role of the Service Centre Manager is to provide effective leadership and efficient management of services that contribute to individual, family and community independence.
You will be an innovative and inspirational leader within a busy service delivery environment. Your focus will be embedding an outcomes-
focussed culture, where transactions are done on-line or over the telephone, allowing our site-based Case Managers to move people closer to independence and connect them with jobs.
Your leadership will ensure the service centre performs professionally, effectively and efficiently and in a way that constructively supports people into employment.
You will be a proven change leader (at a strategic and operational level) as you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation Regional and National initiatives that achieve successful outcomes.
Key attributes needed
Service excellence will resonate strongly with you, and you will play a key leadership role in an integrated services response, fostering an environment where social service agencies work together to achieve positive change in the lives of people, their families / whanau and their communities through the timely and seamless delivery of client centred' services.
