Our Paper Bag business based inPenrose, Auckland designs and produces multi-wall bags for the Dairy, Cement,Flour and Sugar industries throughout the country and into offshore markets.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Supply ChainManager to join our organisation. Reportingto our Facility Manager, you will be responsible for driving the Supply Chainfunction for our Paper Bag business and ensuring they are delivering on agreedbusiness targets.
Managing a team of 10,including two direct reports based in Auckland, your proven leadership skillsare vital to ensure your team is highly engaged and motivated to deliver onbusiness targets, whilst providing them with planned development and successionopportunities.
A pivotal role that will see you focus and drive operationalperformance through effective and strategic planning, managing suppliers toensure cost control, co-ordinate and lead the continuous improvement drive,develop and execute planning to drive improvement, EHSR excellence throughleadership, Develop a performance culture by recruiting, retaining anddeveloping a high performing team and driving financial results under yourcontrol including freight and storage.
