Programmatic Platforms Specialist - MBM

About the job

This role is responsible for the strategy and implementation of the biddable platforms product delivered by MBM, providing leading edge thinking to both clients, and the broader team.

This role works directly with key clients and the Digital Account Management team, implementing best practice self-service activity with a view to delivering excellent measurable outcomes for clients.

This role reports to the Senior Biddable Platforms Specialist.

What you will be doing

Business Development

  • Working in conjunction with MBM’s Digital Account Management team to encourage increased client investment and / or trial of digital activity and / or test scenarios.
  • Providing thought leadership and best in market knowledge on digital platforms and trends.
  • Providing input to RFI / RFP and pitch responses.
  • Account Management

  • Develop proactive initiatives specific to client needs.
  • Liaise with the client through campaign implementation and in-market.
  • Support the Digital Account Management teams in their client relationships via active account management, attendance at WIP, actions and minute follow up and delivery of initiatives as agreed.
  • Performance Media and Platforms

  • Championing the use of programmatic media platforms and measurements within the agency.
  • Devise and implement programmatic activity leveraging both first and third party data
  • Working with clients and their technical teams on platform best practice
  • Establishment and maintenance of best practice campaign management.
  • Educate, upskill and inspire clients
  • Implementation, Optimisation and Reporting

  • Actively manage performance media campaigns to ensure optimum results for clients.
  • Take hands on ownership of client activity within a client portfolio.
  • Work with the Senior Biddable Specialist to define process around reporting, budget management, flighting and delivery across the team.
  • Working with the data supplied by the reporting platforms to create insightful campaign performance reports (both interim and final) to be presented internally and to clients.
  • Monitoring the campaign performance and optimising where required.
  • Implementing other campaign changes as required by the client or other partners.
  • Identifying insights from results to inform future campaigns.
  • About you

  • Tertiary qualification preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
  • Current Certifications in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360
  • 5+ years’ experience with managing programmatic platforms
