About the opportunityThe International Sales Manager role is a key role in the business. The current incumbent is retiring, and therefore the business is looking for a successor to transition into the role.
The role will involve planning and executing the full range of sales and marketing activities including distributor and channel management, new business, channels and segment expansion.
The role has full P&L responsibility for international markets including the Pacific Islands and Australia.The business also has a number of opportunities and the capacity to significantly grow international sales and this is a key objective of the role.
About youTo be considered for the position, you must be able to demonstrate the following key attributes : 10+ years of sales management experience with strong international business development knowledge and experience Be able to develop strong relationships with channel customers Pricing / quoting / margin management experience, international logistics and an understanding of commercial contracts Building industry technical knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt to changing markets Self-managing and be able to work autonomously Be able to travel internationally regularly (when allowed again)The offerWe offer employees a range of organisational benefits including access to our employee education fund and a range of development programmes.
