  • Are you a proactive & innovative Digital and Social Media Specialist wanting to join a high performing marketing team in a fixed term 12-

    month role? In this role you will be responsible for proactively driving our digital strategy across all brands and managing our social media.

    You'll be an integral part of our business' wider creative hub, working closely with our marketing, creative, design, communications and Visual Merchandise teams.

    In this role you will be responsible for : managing our digital strategy across all brands, leading our multiple social media platforms, generating innovation & disruption to grow our customer base, delivering results and reporting on performance, working alongside our external digital agency to evolve our digital strategy, pulling insights that inform strategy and leadership of one direct report.

    What you will bring to us

  • In depth understanding of digital strategy, ecommerce reporting & social media (and its power!)
  • Proven success in a similar role where you have implemented strategy, reported on success and changed the face of social media
  • Experience using multiple digital channels, EDM platforms, Website CMS, Google Analytics & content schedules)
  • People Leadership skills - you love to share your knowledge & support others to grow
  • Flexibility - digital environment is ever changing, and we need you to be too
  • A love of customers - everything we do is about providing a great customer experience
  • A team approach - we're all about this; supporting, teaching and encouraging each other
  • Positivity - bucket loads of it, nothing fazes you and you inspire others with your positivity!
