The Principal Advisor Organisational Development (OD) is a critical role in DOC's Leadership and Organisational Development team.
The successful applicant will work closely with the OD Manager to provide thought leadership on our key pieces of OD work, such as talent management and diversity and inclusion, ensure we are taking a strategic approach to developing our people system, and connect the team's work to our wider HR and OD work.
It's an exciting time to join the OD team at DOC as we have several big projects underway with great buy-in from our Senior Leadership Team and scope to make a real difference to the organisational culture.
We are mostly quite new to DOC with energy and passion for making a difference to DOC's employee experience.
We are looking for someone with :
You'll be passionate about people and organisations, and keen to get stuck in to delivering important OD projects in a pragmatic way.
You will be up to date with best practice, and a team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
We are open to considering part-time work options for this role.
