Are you a great communicator with strong administrative skills? At Women’s Health, Middlemore, we have 3 exciting vacancies available for the right candidates.

In these position’s you will be expected to provide high quality services to our staff, patients and their families. You will be responsible for admitting, discharging and transferring of patients and ensuring the data is handled effectively.

To succeed in any of these role’s you will need excellent organisational and communication skills, a strong customer service focus, computer skills and a 'can do' attitude.

Time management is an essential skill for these roles.

These are casual positions, covering annual and sick leave for the permanent staff

meaning you would need to be available any of the below 7.5 hour shifts :

Birthing and Assessment Ward covering 24 hour rotational shifts

12am to 8am

7 days on and 7 day off, Thursday Wednesday

3pm-11pm

7 days on and 7 days off, Thursday - Wednesday

To be successful :

  • You must have 1-2 years working in an Administration / Clerical roles.
  • Great typing skills.
  • Computer technology knowledge and skills
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Flexibility and willingness to be available for shifts at short notice
  • Desired :

  • Experience in the health industry
  • Experience using the patient information management system (i.PM / WIMs)
  • Administration experience within Women's health
