About the opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Strategic Engagement Manager is a key member of the Executive Management Team and is actively involved in strategic level decision making.
the Strategic Engagement Manager will :
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in developing and managing stakeholder relationships and engagement ideally with central and local government, iwi, community groups and commercial stakeholders.
proactively tackling business risks, overcoming complex organisational challenges and implementing forward thinking strategies all in support of achieving strategic objectives.
Energetic and passionate yet mature and considered; people will describe you as the calm in the storm during a crisis providing insight and leadership to secure solutions.
People focused and an exceptional communicator; you will be known for your ability to develop deep and long-lasting relationships and leverage these to facilitate positive organisational outcomes.
