As a Customer Advisor in our Join channel you play a key role in enabling our customers to discover those new ways while delivering superior customer service.
Working in a dynamic and constantly evolving industry you will take full ownership of understanding the customer's needs by managing resolution of customer events, connecting them into the right solutions and building strong relationships which contribute value to both our customers and to Spark.
As part of our Customer Care team you will proactively provide value added solutions by informing and educating customers about our products and services.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in how we serve our customers by raising issues and following them through to resolution as well as making suggestions for quality improvements.
You will also enhance business delivery by achieving outstanding productivity and efficiency results; accurate and insightful capture of interactions, quality root cause analysis and working within the spirit of our policies and guidelines whilst processing orders in our systems.
Support our customers in a digital world by educating and promoting My Spark and our Spark App through every interaction.
