We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Communications Advisor to join us on a fixed term and / or secondment basis until the end of June 2019.
The Senior Communications Advisor will support the Intelligence Led Programme including Information Knowledge Management, Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence and Workplace technology).
The focus of the role will be on IR's internal audiences , from senior stakeholders through to the front line staff, across all stages of the Intelligence Led Programme lifecycle.
Reporting to the Communications & Stakeholder Management Lead, you will support the Intelligence Led Change Lead providing communications delivery and contribute to communication planning.
You'll be in charge of the following :
ü Maintain the Intel Led communications and stakeholder management plans to internal audiences within Inland Revenue
ü Ensure the communications plan aligns with the change schedule and deliver programme / work stream messaging across all phases
ü Working closely with the Internal Communications Team to merge BT messaging into IR communications and create compelling content from complex information
ü Working with other advisors in the Communications & Stakeholder Management team, develop content for the BT channels including newsletters, scripts, presentations, the internet, intranet and original media.
What you'll bring to the role :
We'll be looking to see your solid experience in creating communications plans, demonstrating attention to detail and rigour in your approach.
Underpinning this is your pragmatism and ability to work at pace; you're someone who makes things happen. This is a senior level role, so we'll be looking to see your ability to work at both an operational and strategic view.
