This role is part of the Operations & Service Group which is responsible for the strategy of keeping our people safe and for delivering on the promise we make to our customers.
Operations & Service is made up of LIC's core production laboratories, farming operations and the field teams (AB and Herd Testing) who deliver LIC's product on farm.
Reporting to the Field Assist Manager, this role is responsible for effectively leading a team to deliver exceptional Field Assist services on both and administration to add value to our farming customers.
