We have an amazing opportunity available for a Registered Dental Therapist / Oral Health Therapist to work as part of our Community Oral Health Service covering the wider Invercargill area.
About the opportunity

You’ll be responsible for maintaining the Oral Health of children in our clinics, educating children and their families on Oral Health and the prevention of Oral Health disease.
You will recognise, diagnose and treat oral abnormalities and disease and where appropriate refer children for further treatment.
You will work alongside a Dental Assistant as part of a wider team who is committed to delivering quality health services.
About you
You should have a natural empathy for children and have excellent communication skills.
To be considered for any of this role you must be able to be registered with the Dental Council of New Zealand as a Dental Therapist / Oral Health Therapist and hold a current Annual Practising Certificate.
on occasion, this may see you staying away overnight. Therefore, you will also need to hold a full clean NZ Driver’s Licence.
