We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Intrapreneur with a focus on Wellbeing.As an Intrapreneur you are a change agent who works inside complex systems to inject innovation and disrupt the status quo of public policy and / or market failure.
You will need to clearly understand and enable the conditions required for whānau and aiga wellbeing and self-determination.
You will support whānau-led co-design processes, developing insights and prototypes in response to outcomes whanau and aiga identify as important.
This approach disrupts traditional service-led, expert-led responses to social challenges and results in new capability, capacity, and alternative whānau-led models.
You will also support the system’ to work with whānau and aiga in ways that challenges and disrupts the system’s ideas about what its role is in supporting whānau and aiga.
He kōrero mōu : About youAs a skilled social change practitioner, you will bring knowledge of community-led disciplines, trends, and practices along with a tertiary qualification in a social development discipline.
This role is not for the faint-hearted; we use our resources in new and innovative ways to deliver a transformational shift and, therefore, significant experience in community development, economic development, social innovation and change leadership or related areas is highly desirable.
You will be passionate about delivering success and be an experienced change maker skilled at working within large organisations.
Demonstrable collaboration and innovation experience is required as you will need to build relationships and a common agenda across the Auckland Council family and central government with a particular focus on working with iwi and Māori organisations and enterprises.
You will be comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, adept at providing strategic advice and influencing policy and practice at all levels, and at ease working with a diverse range of community and institutional stakeholders.
