Technical Customer Service Advisor
We run a contact center on behalf of one of the world’s leading technology companies , helping their clients across New Zealand, Australia and beyond.
We are adding more full-time inbound Technical Customer Service Advisors to our telephone-based team.
At Concentrix, you will be provided with 4 weeks of extensive fully paid training. You will be closely supported and mentored by experienced team members while you begin taking inbound calls from our client’s customers and resolving technical issues over the phone.
Every call is different, so you will get to spend the best part of the day interacting with real people and provide world class service and support.
