    Due to company growth, we are looking for a new teammate to join our 16-member Talent Engagement team. This position will see you working closely with a group of passionate and high achieving talent specialists and resourcers in a niche, candidate-driven market.

    You will have responsibility for delivering candidate sourcing projects covering the region and globally candidate markets.

    This is a fast-paced environment where the business heavily relies on this high-performing team's support and knowledge.

  • Sourcing Veterinarian and Veterinary Specialist candidates via database searching and strategic online searches.
  • Develop strong relationships with passive and active candidates.
  • Managing and enhancing the complete candidate experience.
  • Assist with advertising.
  • Early talent, university campus recruitment.
  • Assist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences and industry events.
  • Working with senior managers to ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge recruitment solutions.
  • Work with the business to help drive engagement and retention.

    A minimum of 24 months of recruitment experience essential.
