Job Description

This role will deliver reservations and reception services, in addition to administering the Work Place Health & Safety and Hotel Sustainability programmes for the two Sebel properties in downtown Auckland.

Your mission will be to deliver exceptional and thoughtful service to our residence and guests alike. In addition to ensuring the hotel is compliant and meeting its commitments to Workplace Health & Safety and Sustainability.

In this role you will be a key member of the hotel and will work closely with management.

This role is an opportunity to gain strata experience which is a growing business in Accor and expand your expertise across multiple disciplines.

This role is a good stepping stone into a future Front Office Management position, or a Talent & Culture Coordinator position with Accor.

Work Experience

  • Experience working with Opera preferable in a Front Office or Reservations setting
  • High level of proficiency in English both written and oral
  • Excellent phone manner and confident communicator
  • Would suit a organised and detail oriented person who can self-manage
  • Need to be comfortable working with computers
  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • We are looking for someone who is energetic and enthusiastic and exudes a friendly persona
  • Must already hold the right to work in New Zealand, sponsorship will not be available if not currently located in New Zealand / Australia
