About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy Contact Centre team in Wellington. You will be joining a fun and supportive team, calling prospective customers and setting up high quality appointments for the sales team to convert.
Previous outbound or similar call centre experience is essential for this role.
In this role you will also be tracking and achieving your Key Performance Outcomes (KPO’s), while ensuring you maintain high activity levels in sales and service.
