About the role We have a fantastic opportunity to join our ANZ Commercial Strategy team and work in a truly cross-functional team alongside category, customer, revenue and finance professionals.
The Category Development Manager will be the key interface between the Commercial Strategy team, Sales, Marketing and our Customers.
You will drive Category thought leadership, developing actionable insights to deliver against Kraft Heinz' category objectives.
This role will challenge the status quo and provide actionable & validated insights to inform decision making within KHC.
Range Review Process Lead range reviews for the portfolio, as well as support smaller range reviews where necessary. Develop detailed plans for range reviews and layouts, with timely communication and involvement of all stakeholders.
Planograms & Assortment Responsible for optimising planograms and assortment across the portfolios and within customers.
Business Planning Cycle (Category Strategy) Support the creation of 5-year category strategies assessing Category Value Drivers.
Contribute relevant consumer / shopper insights during annual planning processes and influence customer plans. Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
