What you'll be doing :

You'll be part of our vibrant contact centre as our new Customer Service Representative based in our inner-city office. You'll help our customers by assessing their needs and provide an excellent customer experience.

On your average day, you'll be taking 30+ incoming calls, having customer conversations without scripts, confidently navigating multiple IT systems and be a fountain of insurance knowledge.

The nitty gritty :

You will start with 3- 6 weeks of full-time paid training to get you up to speed. Then you can choose from the following :

Part time

  • Saturday 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm or 9 : 00am-1 : 00pm
  • Monday 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm or 9 : 00am-1 : 00pm
  • 2 days of your choice totaling 7.5 hours each
  • A bit about you :

    You're the kind of person who loves to help people and is motivated by delivering exceptional customer service. Your calm in the busy times and looking to share your ideas in the quieter times.

    You love what you do, enjoy a structured work environment, and most importantly you want to work with likeminded and passionate people.

    Other things about you :

  • Confidence in using / learning multiple IT systems (they're outdated but we're not)
  • Motivated to achieve individual targets based on exceptional customer service
  • Experience in a customer service role that requires you to listen and assess needs
