About the Role Our Customer Care Specialists are the first point of contact for customer services (e.g. change control, onboarding etc.
In this role, you will support and enable our customers to receive a seamless experience when liaising with our team by developing a knowledge of key areas to maintain and manage systems, providing exceptional support and services always.
You will assess, test and improve processes to ensure all services provided are aligned, compliant and visible to meet the service requirements.
We are looking to fill two roles, based in our office in Wynyard Quarter, Auckland CBD. Please note these roles are 6-month fixed term contracts.
What you’ll bring We are looking for individuals with a strong customer care focus, excellent written and verbal communication skill.
Ideally, you’ll have a wealth of experience working in customer service or coordination roles. You will have a great attitude, be a team player, and naturally have top notch interpersonal skills.
You will be proactive, have a strong attention to detail and be focused on enhancing the customer experience. You might be a recent graduate or looking for an opportunity to work in a tech company.
