Job Description

We have an unparalleled opportunity for an experienced property professional to join our Strategic Advisory team in our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD office.

Our Strategic Advisory team provides property consultancy services for a broad range of public, private and not for profit sector entities.

We are looking for a driven professional with a proven track record, established client base, and market-recognised skills that deliver real value for clients.

This role will drive growth and elevate the business to be the leading property consultancy firm in New Zealand.

The value you'll add

  • Provide a wide range of consultancy advice to clients, including land use advice, development feasibilities, property strategies, demand studies, value forecasting, and negotiation
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships, providing memorable service
  • Proactively pursue new opportunities in line with growth targets
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to team members
  • Collaborate across Colliers business lines
  • Assist with overall strategic decisions
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a property role in New Zealand, likely finance, valuation, planning or other areas of advisory services
  • Thorough understanding of New Zealand business practices and property markets
  • Existing public profile
  • Existing relationships with investors, developers, tenants, corporates and public sector agencies
  • Degree qualified in property, business, or finance
