The ACVM team is responsible for managing risks to animal welfare, human health, trade and biosecurity associated with the import, manufacturing, use and sale of agricultural compounds (including veterinary medicines), with the Regulatory Programmes team primarily responsible for our ACVM Programmes including our Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audit programme, our Restricted Veterinary Medicine (RVM) Seller programme, Adverse Event programme and managing non-compliant events and products.

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the
In this full-time position you will primarily be responsible for supporting the Team Manager Regulatory Programmes and be the lead in co-ordinating several programmes, including our Restricted Veterinary Medicine (RVM) Seller Programme and our Quality Management System.
You would also assist in the day-to-day maintenance and co-ordination or our Adverse Event Programme and our Non-Compliance Programme.
Key duties include administrative support and co-ordination of the ACVM Group Quality Management System, leading our Restricted Veterinary Medicine Seller Programme and providing risk assessments and appraisals of Operating Plans, maintenance of our databases and registers and supporting the day-to-day activities of our Adverse Event Reporting and non-compliance programmes.
You will interface with the Regulatory Programmes team, the wider ACVM team and stakeholders, and also participate in continuous improvement activities of our programmes, and the development and maintenance of ACVM standards and information

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in an ACVM related environment. You will have proven experience understanding the concepts and practices for gathering, organising and communicating information to a high
You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to quickly adapt and deal with ambiguity. You will be confident and able to communicate well in a wide range of environments, and have strong and established Microsoft Excel and Word
