People Performance Coach Auckland The retail world is changing and the need to be responsive is more important than ever when it comes to developing our people through coaching Here at The Warehouse Group we are focused on driving a high performance culture in our stores this is where you come in To help us in our journey we are now on the hunt for a People Performance Coach to join The Warehouse Group family and to work across our four core retail brands The Warehouse Warehouse Stationery Noel Leeming amp Torpedo7 The Role To influence and develop store leadership to promote a performance culture through effective utilization of group tools and solutions To build Store Management Capability and Competency To consult amp build strong relationships with Regional Manager leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change of store team members across brands To ensure effective implementation amp integration of a variety of solutions Career planning coaching performance management Align talent needs with current and future needs of the business and workforce and work with business leadership to develop and coach top talent To really hit the ground running in this role you will be A passionate people coach who has come from a sales environment and understands the expectations the challenges and ultimately the incredible rewards that come from a successful sales career Confidently train and inspire in an environment of constant change Able to see the bigger picture when it comes to providing specialised coaching for individuals that feeds into the broader people development strategy Ability to analyze data understand trends and develop recommendations for training based on the analysis demonstrating excellent analytical and problem solving skills Be an effective communicator who is capable of building relationships at all levels and motivating leaders and teams to exceed KPIs Unafraid to punt up new ideas and keen to improve current processes A self managing confident adaptable energetic person you can easily influence at all levels of the organisation We are looking for someone who truly understands that customer service and selling is our business We are continually striving to exceed expectations achieve targets and results and keep up with the daily pressure and pace that retail provides It is our belief that it s important to reward and recognise our team for their success This role consists not just of a competitive salary but also awesome team member discounts and much more We re changing the future of retail in New Zealand if you want to be part of something exciting apply now Please note this role will involve extensive travel
