From working with children who are witnesses to liaising with whanau, you'll thrive in the diversity and challenge of contributing to our great team environment.

Some of your daily tasks will include :

  • You'll make an enormous difference to the victims through what you do, and how you do it.
  • Provide advice on how their case is progressing and to help them participate effectively in the criminal justice process.
  • Use your knowledge and skill to make a major contribution to assisting victims of crime through the court process.

    He pūkenga tou / Skills and Experience

    You should have the following skill set :

  • Broadly experienced in advisory services
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of legislative processes and reporting requirements will support your sound judgement
  • Excellent communicator able to work confidently and professionally in challenging circumstances
  • use high levels of autonomy and sound judgement consistently
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or experience in the family violence sector is desirable
