We have a great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our high performing IT Projects team.

As one of two Project Coordinators in , you will be contributing to the success of the team by supporting and coordinating the day-to-day project activities, ensuring portfolio activity is accurately reported and building a rapport with the Customer and project teams.

This could include creating and updating Project Documentation (e.g. PMP, Implementation Plans etc.), and management of the Project Document Repository in SharePoint.

Core Skills

To thrive in this role, we envisage you having

  • Attention to detail with good skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio;
  • Previous Projects experience is envisaged
  • Ability to work under direction from a Senior Project Manager or Projects Director, while also having the capability to work proactively and unsupervised.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and cost targets without compromising customer requirements
