The Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role supports our Water Infrastructure business. As a project accountant, you will be the finance partner and therefore the first point of contact for all financial matters of the contract / project managers and the General Manager.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end financial solutions, including managing purchase orders, balance sheet reconciliation, cost allocation, vendor reconciliation, processing month end results and reporting.
The main projects you will be handling will be based in Northland, but the role will be based in Auckland with an expectation that you will occasionally travel to sites up North.
A financial, business or accounting degree is essential, and it is our preference that you have private practice experience.
