An exciting opportunity is available for a Systems Engineer to join our IT team based at our National Office in Mt Wellington.

The role will be centred around supporting the business by providing quality information and system support in network, hardware, software, and cloud services.

In addition, the Systems Engineer will manage our security and maintain our system and data backup, contribute to the continuous improvement of Information Technology and undertake some exciting organisational projects!

To be considered for this role you’ll demonstrate :

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities within deadlines and effectively problem solve
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to build strong trusting relationships
  • Previous experience in Microsoft 365 Cloud Services, Windows servers & networking
  • Previous experience with Linux servers an advantage
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
  • Have a full and clean New Zealand driver's licence
  • Be able to pass a clear Ministry of Social Development (MSD) and Police vetting check
