Mount Roskill, AucklandPermanentAbout the roleJoining the team responsible for leading the strategic planning process by influencing and mobilising key senior stakeholders, you’ll deliver impactful change as you ensure the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects.

  • Working as a trusted partner to the leaders in our business, you will coordinate, facilitate, recommend and communicate the implementation plan for our strategy with a focus on;
  • Establishing credibility - ensuring strategic decisions are made, risk is minimised, and tactical implementation issues are resolved.

    Working with the executive team, the Investment and Portfolio Governance (IPG) and other FSNI leaders to develop a portfolio view of change initiatives, risk and resource allocation (budget and people) and ensure alignment to business strategies by actively facilitating the FSNI business planning process.

    Leading the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO), the ePMO roadmap and supporting standard processes and toolsAbout youYou’ll need strong experience in strategic planning roles from consultancy firms, corporate strategy or ePMO teams ideally with exposure to retail, or customer focused organisations.

    Curious, commercial and confident you’ll have theability to work at a strategic big picture level whilst simultaneously maintaining attention to detail.
