About the Role

The Support Engineer role sits within the DataPay Product Engineering team who are responsible for building, improving, maintaining and supporting our suite of products.

The Support Engineer role is responsible for the technical support of one or more of these products, ensuring that support queries are at a satisfactory level

What you’ll bring

  • You will be confident developing in C# and JavaScript
  • Experience with SQL server
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on helping create cohesive, collaborative and productive virtual teams
  • Good conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and pick up new technologies
  • Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot bugs and issues for both internal and external users of the application
  • Develop fixes to bugs and user feedback
  • Develop code in a clear, maintainable way with a focus on ease of use & performance
  • Work with Product Manager, BA and domain team to design and deliver customer outcomes
  • Work with the Product Manager, BA, SME or Tech Leads to resolve gaps or ambiguities in the functional or technical design
