The Opportunity

  • To enable our Partners to support the team and provide excellent service to our clients, we seeking a flexible, engaged and proactive person to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Partners and assisting with supporting the Private Enterprise business.
  • Day to day you will :

  • Extensively manage diaries and the working day of the Partners
  • Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage highly confidential information
  • Co-ordinate meetings with local and offshore based clients and across the Firm
  • Drafting team communications, proposals, presentations and documents
  • Drive monthly billing and work in progress management
  • Provide administration support of office systems and processes, including maintaining databases
  • Work autonomously but also collaborate with the group
  • What you'll bring to our team :

  • Previous PA / team secretary experience
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be a team player and enjoys helping others
  • Enjoys being involved, learning and having a go
  • Thrives on organising
  • Flexible in terms of hours and work duties
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proactive and assertive in terms of increasing the effectiveness of systems and processes
