Opportunity for a Construction Administrator to work for a civil project near Porirua

Your new company

A reputable construction company is looking for Administrators who are driven, energetic and comfortable with working on a construction site.

Your new role

This role will allow you to gain exposure to a high level construction project, with attractive working hours from 8.00am to 4.

00pm. You must have a driving license and your own transport to be able to access the site. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

  • Prepare audit requirements
  • Implement company policies; standard operating procedures and Health & Safety procedures.
  • General office support, filing scanning, phone answering, PO requests, local payments and support the Project Manager
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports
  • Assist with answering and distributing phone calls
  • What you'll need to succeed

    It is essential that you are a strong and a determined professional, who gets buy-in from key stakeholders across the organisation and will have demonstrated experience within an Administration role previously.

    Experience in a blue collar focused industry is desirable, along with Microsoft Office knowledge and able to cope under pressure.
