What you will do
Maintain effective control of the entry and exit into Papakura Military Camp, carry out foot patrols, monitor surveillance & alarms and provide effective service to all internal personnel and external visitors.
We have two positions available working Monday to Friday either 7am to 3.30pm or 9.30am to 6.00pm, so please state your shift preference in your application.
These roles are for a 2 year fixed term period and will mainly monitor construction sites on the camp.
What we need
An individual with prior security experience preferably in operational security, someone used to shift work and who has a good work ethic.
You will display sound judgement in all areas, communicate effectively with others including all visitors to camp, have strong observation skills and a good degree of physical fitness.
Technology plays a big part in what we do, so it’s important that you are comfortable using computers and are familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite.
