Ostend, AucklandFull-time, PermanentWe are currently looking for an experienced hospitality and accommodation manager to join our team on the beautiful Waiheke Island, Auckland.

The main focus of this Office Manager role is to be responsible for the day to day management of the company which involves accommodation operations, client management, accounts management with a full working knowledge of MYOB.

This dynamic company caters for guests from local New Zealand families right through to international VIP guests. We are now looking for someone who is immediately available to start and one who is environmentally minded, has a strong experience in working with high-end clientele and can fully operate an efficient office.

You will be responsible for providing short-term, highly personalized accommodation experiences to all guests.Key Responsibilities : Full operational ability to run MYOB accounts up to trial balance and be proficient in running and maintaining a sophisticated Data base.

Organise and control the operations of all accommodation, liaise with property owners regularly, ensure properties are well maintained, ensure any maintenance required is undertaken.

Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and service ensuring that all departments operate effectively and efficiently within defined standards and guidelines.

Answer and deal with all sales inquiry via emails and phone calls.Guest Liaison Ensure all guests comforts are satisfied during their stay, build positive relationships and increasing repeat business.

Complaint and resolution handling.Take Client Bookings and ensure all Reservation and Bookkeeping information is maintained including company accounts up to trial balance using MYOB.

Operate and manage the inhouse data base and website and promote the business through the local community and tourism organisations.

Market the company and all its properties on international platforms.Organise and co-ordinate events.Ensure that health and safety requirements are met.
