This role is to support the Executive Chef, and his team of 20-25 team members. In the Executive Chef’s absence the successful candidate will take charge of running the shift effectively and efficiently.
This is a combination of an administration and hands on role. it requires a team player with energy and strong leadership skills to drive the team to their full potential.

Candidates for this role must be available for a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends. The rostered start times and hours will vary due to operational requirements.
