The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the Fulton Hogan South Island team.
We are flexible on location for this role you might like to be based in sunny Central Otago or Nelson, or prefer the city life in Christchurch or Dunedin we are open to discussing options with you.
In this role, you’ll see yourself responsible for partnering across our South Island regions to understand business needs, and work with our leaders to roll out talent acquisition strategies that enable us to deliver.
A trusted advisor, you’ll be our go-to person for advice on best practice attraction, branding, process and immigration support.
Don’t worry though, you won’t be doing it all on your own you’ll have the support of a high energy, engaged, national talent acquisition and HR team who are working together to deliver a first-rate employee experience for the team.

What you’ll bring to the table
We’re looking for someone with a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, plus demonstrated work experience in a business partnering capacity in either generalist HR or TA / recruitment.
It goes without saying that you’ll be great with people, driven, and passionate about FH and the talent we’re bringing into our team.
Ideally you’ll come to us with a working understanding of the immigration process, project management, and coaching people leaders in an operational environment.
You’ll be a confident, engaging communicator with the innate ability to relate to people at all levels across our business.
