What you will need?

  • Coordination of external training (e.g., First Aid, Forklift, etc.) and maintenance of employee training records
  • Internal training of employees and contractors (e.g., health and safety inductions, fire warden training, and toolbox talks)
  • Collation and routine reporting of Health & Safety information, trends analysis, and key performance indicators
  • Investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring that corrective actions are closed out, and preventative actions are implemented and enforced
  • Maintaining an awareness and understanding of all current legislative requirements and best practices affecting and impacting on health and safety
  • Undertaking regular internal audits (e.g., Health & Safety, ACC, etc.)
