We are seeking a Learning Coordinator to join our team! This is a permanent full time role which offers you an hybrid working approach based out of the ASB North Wharf building.

The ASB Learning team sit within Talent and Culture and are committed to developing our people. This role acts as the 'glue' to the team and has plenty of scope for further opportunities and projects.

What are your key tasks?

  • Coordinating learning activities and events in line with the enterprise learning strategy
  • Developing, managing, and maintaining learning and development administration systems and processes
  • Efficient management of learning inboxes
  • Coordinating bank-wide induction events for all new employees, ensuring the content is reviewed and updated continually in line with feedback received
  • Developing, managing, and maintaining Learning reporting requirements including monitoring spend and evaluating learning activities;
  • producing up to date data analysis to agreed timescales

  • Support administration of the LMS interface and reporting
  • Maintain Learning Calendar, ensuring full completion within targeted timescales and providing timely and accurate updates
  • What are we looking for in you?

  • Experience working within a learning and development / human resources function, with knowledge of learning and organisation development activities
  • Experience of supporting Learning Management Systems
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced, customer focussed environment
  • Evidence of strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Demonstrable experience of data analysis and reporting, able to assimilate information quickly and accurately
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills, with a pro-active can-do attitude
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task effectively while considering future organisational requirements
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail
  • Strong team player, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
