You will be trusted to design and deliver talent sourcing strategies that best suit your portfolio, while partnering with business stakeholders of all levels to achieve the best recruitment outcomes for their teams’ long term.
You will ensure a consistent and positive recruitment process is followed while also ensuring we give a great candidate experience and a seamless career transition to Auckland Council.
He kōrero mōu : About youTo be considered for this opportunity, you will have experience in-house / agency recruitment role preferably managing a technical portfolio such as Engineering, ICT, Environmental Services etc.
You are excellent at building rapport with stakeholders and know how to manage a varied, high volume and complex portfolio of work.
You'll be a master at hunting for top talent by implementing innovative sourcing strategies using social media tools, database mining and talent pipelining in a busy recruitment environment.
Finally, you understand or are willing to learn Te Ao Maori and Te Tiriti of Waitangi and its relevance today in the business world.
