As a Contract Approval and Billing Administrator, you'll provide first rate contract and billing administration service in accordance with the vision and objectives of MercyAscot.
Also, to effectively prioritise tasks to meet team KPI's and funders Service Level Agreement.Your main duties will include : Optimising revenue through accurate invoicing e.
g. identifying discrepanciesBuilding first-rate rapport with internal and external stakeholders e.g. secretariesManaging claim processes from companies such as ACC and Southern CrossEnsuring processes actioned are in line with relevant policies and proceduresAnswering invoicing queries and providing conflict resolutionsDeveloping a knowledgeable of all contracts and billings practices e.
