Permanent Full Time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday office hours Based at Ascot Office Park in GreenlaneWe're looking for an experienced Contract Approval and Billing Administrator to join our friendly, supportive and close-knit Billings team, which sits within our Finance department.

As a Contract Approval and Billing Administrator, you'll provide first rate contract and billing administration service in accordance with the vision and objectives of MercyAscot.

Also, to effectively prioritise tasks to meet team KPI's and funders Service Level Agreement.Your main duties will include : Optimising revenue through accurate invoicing e.

g. identifying discrepanciesBuilding first-rate rapport with internal and external stakeholders e.g. secretariesManaging claim processes from companies such as ACC and Southern CrossEnsuring processes actioned are in line with relevant policies and proceduresAnswering invoicing queries and providing conflict resolutionsDeveloping a knowledgeable of all contracts and billings practices e.

  • g. payment and pricing clauses within contractsOther task as required by the Billings Team LeaderAs the successful candidate you will have : Certificate in administration or accountsCertificate in medical terminology - desiredMinimum 2 years' experience in a contract and billing administration role, preferably within a healthcare or surgical environmentExcellent verbal and written communicationAmazing interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailSuperb organisation and time management skillsA positive, can-do attitudeThe benefits for this role include : competitive salary, Christmas & New Year close-down;
