Sales and Service Assistant - Sales

As New Zealand's leading department store, we realise the importance of providing that next level of service to our loyal customers.

Farmers Newmarket is looking for a highly experienced Sales and Service Assistant.

As a service and selling expert, with retail experience, you'll provide a high level of personalised customer assistance by -

  • Consulting with customers to help them find product solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Providing advise to help customers pull together ideas for their home
  • As an experienced retailer, you'll be able to work across multiple departments providing product advise to customers
  • The role involves working 36 hours per fortnight, Monday 11.15am - 7.15pm, Friday 5.15am - 91.5pm and Sunday 12.15pm - 7.15pm .

    Flexibility is a must through extended trading hours and Christmas.

    Our stores can be busy, so we need someone who is energetic, positive and with a can-do attitude.

    For this role, you need three - four years retail experience.
