We are looking for a dynamic and cheerful person to join our team as our Centre Administrator. If you have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills and the enthusiasm to learn then we would love to hear from you!This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Role requirements : Excellent verbal and written communication skillsGood general knowledge of accounts processes and customer account query resolutionA fast and efficient learner who is highly organised and meticulous with detailsWell-spoken, tidy and have excellent telephone mannersProficient in Excel, Word and OutlookBe pleasant and approachable always, creating a warm and welcoming environment for parents, whānau, and children.
