Insurance / financial sector, contact centre, or phone-based sales experience is valuable, however experience is not essential.

As an Insurance Direct Consultant you’ll be handling customer calls and presenting product solutions to your customers, leading to great outcomes including sales.
To do this, you’ll gain an in depth knowledge of our products to ensure confident delivery of information.
You’ll manage your own outbound customer list so will need to prioritise effectively to ensure you are providing top level service to our valuable customers.
You’ll also be supported to deliver consistently high levels of performance through sales, quality and productivity. The ability to build rapport quickly and exceptional listening skills to ensure great customer outcomes are also essential to being successful in this role.

While insurance / financial sector and sales experience is definitely welcomed, we’ll be there to support you to give you every chance of success! Contact Centre experience is a must as is excellent attention to detail and a customer focus.
You’ll be proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications and will be able to pick up new systems and technology quickly.
Team fit is equally as important to us. Someone who is results driven, has a great attitude and interpersonal skills will do well.
We keep the customer at the centre of what we do, so having the ability to identify an approach that meets all stakeholders’ needs is a must.
