Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information.
Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed. Distributes order sheets to respective departments.
May coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.
To administrate the order policy & procedure.
To manage the order received from Sales, check all document and co-ordinate in placing the order in house for provisioning.
Ensuring the project team deliver the order and completion report is generated for completion handover.
Prepare and confirm all invoice data in systems, and activate bills based on workflow.
Ensuring completed order is handover to billing team for invoicing.
Provide proactive role in following up on order completion and contacts engagement
To support product tower for quotation.
Support inquiry from Sales about existing customers’ contract information.
To support and participate in projects as assigned by HOD.
Experience in Sales support, and order management
Able to handle customer emails enquiries.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated individual able to work independently.
