Job :

Keene Krib 2000 Ltd is looking for an experienced office manager to oversee administration for our small team. This position is Part Time.

There is hour and day flexibility for the right applicant.

Keene Krib is a family business which has been operating in the Wellington region for over 35 years

Job Requirements :

  • 5 or more years? experience in office management or equivalent.
  • A self starter
  • Tender monitoring and pricing assistance
  • Job preparation, management, reporting and documentation
  • Raising quotes, purchase orders and job numbers
  • Strong literacy in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Overseeing and updating Health and Safety procedures and policies for staff and contractual paperwork for Keene Krib sites
  • Updating and filing client requests / jobs.
  • Construction industry knowledge is a bonus.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
  • There are a wide range of responsibilities so we are looking for a person with a keen eye for detail, who is self-motivated and really wants to establish themselves as the ?
