The Data and Digital directorate is responsible for ensuring that the Ministry's data collections and digital technology support the health system to deliver better services and health outcomes.

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Payments Officer within the Sector Operations Group of the Directorate. You will support the team to become a Centre of Excellence through a programme of continuous business improvement.

You will be responsible for managing the receipt, data collection and processing of claimant payments, and to manage the eligibility and documentation associated with these payments.
In addition, you will provide support and advice to claimants and the Sector with queries and requests relating to their payments.
