We are looking for an organised person who has a passion for Merchandise, is highly attentive to detail and demonstrates strong administration skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Communicate with suppliers effectively and in a timely manner
Co-ordination of marketing activity and promotions
Creating, maintaining and tracking orders
Set up and execute administrative procedures for department
Working closely with the Buyer and Merchandise Manager as they build product ranges, sourcing, promotional plans and business execution to achieve company performance requirements.
To be successful in this role :
You need to be an excellent communicator.
You will have strong computer skills, particularly excel skills and will be highly organised
A vibrant, supportive and warm personality combined with a can do attitude and a hands on approach.
Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, peers and management
