Te āhuatunga a te tūranga / About the Role
You will contribute to the development and delivery of a planned work programme of continuous improvement, using lean process methodology that contributes to standardisation, national consistency, and product improvements.
You will be responsible for the high-level assessment and analysis of service options and draw on customer insight and design skills.
You will work with others to assess and determine any operational implications that may arise from policy or legislative change and ensure that design, process, procurement or other detailed implementation can occur.
The team sits inside a group that considers decisions about what services should we build or buy. For projects, you will work with others from different teams to ensure projects are resourced appropriately to deliver improvement initiatives across Justice.
You will apply your broad knowledge of design and analysis methodology and understanding of commissioning and service improvement to support enduring, customer-centric service excellence.

As an Advisor, you will be required to support the Design and Commissioning team of Principal and Senior Advisors to provide advice and support to contribute to the design of effective, efficient, customer-centric services and operations across the Ministry of Justice.
