  • Our client is an established and highly reputable large company and are seeking a hands on’ Sales Manager to join their stable team and manage a team of 8.

    The job opportunity :

  • Be responsible for the performance and development of a Sales team covering both Key Accounts and SME Accounts
  • Work in conjunction with your team researching new and current customer opportunities
  • Develop customer base, ensuring new business objectives are made
  • Carry out a range of reporting along with DIFOT and NCR reporting for monthly business reviews with specific accounts
  • The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes, not limited to :

  • A manufacturing background and involvement with the end to end production is essential
  • Previous experience with people leadership is ideal but potentially open to someone stepping up
  • A strong relationship builder up and down the ladder
  • Commercially savvy
  • A strategic thinker and someone who has experience with cost drivers for clients
  • A solid sales background
  • Someone who has demonstrated they can think outside the box
  • A charismatic individual
  • NZ Citizen or Resident required
