    Our Labour and Birthing Suite and Women’s Assessment Unit within Women’s Health are seeking a Ward Clerk to join their friendly team on a casual basis.

    You will need to be available to work evening and weekend shifts to cover sick leave and annual leave as required.

    The Ward Clerk position is varied and involves a high level of customer contact. You will be responsible for the maintenance of patient's files, arranging and monitoring patient movements, ordering / invoicing and other administrative tasks!

    You will need to have :

  • Previous experience in the health industry and a minimum of 2 years administrative / clerical experience is essential for this role.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication skills and strong customer service ethos
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft skills
